A place to call home

Thoughtful homes.
Everyday connections.

Western’s residential work spans townhome communities across British Columbia. Each project starts with its setting and considers the practical details that shape daily life, from space to grow to the neighbourhood beyond the front door.

Our Richmond legacy

Richmond’s premier
townhome developer.

Perfected over 40 years: 1,000 townhomes built, from Empress Court in 1983 to Quilchena West today — homes made to be lived in for generations.
